We Make Learning Fun
We are proud of our third generational continuum; a 50+ year, Jacksonville, Florida based, family-owned corporation devoted to premium service in the development of the “TOTAL CHILD.” Our convenient locations offer wholesome environments which provide continuous learning opportunities for our multi-sensory developmental approach to early childhood education.

Welcome to the Emerson Campus

Chappell’s newest center, Chappell Emerson Head Start opened in August 2014 and represents Chappell’s first experience providing Head Start services. We are in a strategic partnership with Lutheran Services Florida/Duval County Head Start and provide educational services to 80 Duval County children.
