Heather Benacia is the Director of Quality Assurance for Chappell Schools. With a passion for ensuring the safety and well-being of children, she visits Chappell Schools’ seven campuses to ensure compliance with state guidelines and the delivery of high-quality childcare services. Heather’s journey in early childhood education began in 2003, marking the start of her 21-year career. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education, which has equipped her with a solid foundation in child development principles. She is pursuing her bachelor’s degree in the same field, further enhancing her expertise. Her mission at Chappell Schools is clear: to ensure that every child’s developmental needs are met, fostering growth, learning, and happiness each day.
